Today most of us have worked with flash fiction.
Flash fiction is a very short story on about 500 to 1000 (that’s the maximum) words. Because it’s very short you’ve got to be careful with the words you use, make every word count. There cannot be many characters or a lot happening. Usually the maximum point when it comes to characters is three, and there’s only got to be one ‘incident’.
Flash fiction is a fun way to improve your writing, but it can also be hard to write so little. But it’s a fun exercise and it gives us all an opportunity to be creative.
Today we also got letters from Poland!
They sent a lot of Easter cards, wishing us a happy Easter and though it was a little late we really appreciated it and had fun reading them.
Hopefully we’ll get more letters from them soon.
